With over 30 years experience as a clinical psychologist in Paris, I am now a private practitioner in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I am an interactive, solution-focused life coach, hypnotherapist, Reiki master and I am certified in mindfulness and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
I teach my clients how to deal with their challenges. I integrate hypnosis, energy healing and EFT to help each client access his resources and attain his goal.

My approach is holistic: it involves body, mind and spirit. I create the spiritual and physical conditions so that the client can heal himself. This special work has amazing and quick results as well on physical and psychological issues. It also empowers the client by developing his awareness of his body and emotions.

I combine different approaches that allow you to work on the conscious and unconscious level as well. You get quick results: I offer packages of 3, 5 or 8 sessions. you pick the one that is more appropriate to your issue.

I provide a follow-up: if you have questions or need support, you can contact me between sessions or at the end of your coaching and get the help you need. I send distant healing to all my present and past clients for free. Sessions can be face to face or online according to your context and possibilities. You can combine sessions and workshop to develop needed skills and grow better and quicker. I work with you on all issues personal or related to your professional growth.

Clarify your situation

How do you know you have a problem? What is the problem? When and where does it happen? With whom is it related? How is it a problem? For whom?

Define your goal

What would be the situation when the problem is solved?How would you know it is? What would be the consequences for you? for your close environment?

Elaborate a plan a strategy

What actions would you take to change ? What are the steps? from the smallest and easiest to the final steps?
What resources and skills you need to solve the problem? What might be the obstacles? What are the solutions? Whose support you may need? How to get it?

Take action

Create your to do list. Start to implement. Do, learn, amplify.

Evaluate and adjust

How does it feel? What is the most difficult ? What help are you getting? What can you do differently to make it work better? Reevaluate the plan and strategy. Make the shifts. go back to action
